The DHS Center for Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships engages faith- and community-based organizations at every stage of the disaster sequence to improve preparedness, response, and outcomes. The center needs to capture and communicate its value in an innovative, compelling way.

We interviewed stakeholders and reviewed project documents to extract key themes on the center’s strengths and the value it adds to FEMA’s mission. Then we designed and delivered a communications strategy to share findings with multiple audiences.

This project helped the center describe and build on its efforts to improve preparedness and response and mitigate disaster impacts for survivors.
